Israel’s Defense Ministry is reportedly considering moving a security fence between Israel and the West Bank to include more Israeli settlements. Moving the fence would mean including about 40,000 more Israeli settlers and 3,000 more Palestinians on the “Israeli” side of the fence, the daily Ha’aretz reported.
