Israel’s foreign minister warned that denouncing Yasser Arafat could split the world anti-terror alliance. In remarks broadcast Monday on Israel Radio, Shimon Peres warned that denouncing Arafat as a terrorist and enemy of Israel would divert world focus from a coordinated campaign against terror to a debate between supporters and opponents of the Palestinian leader.
