Israel’s foreign minister was scheduled to travel to New York to lobby for Israel’s interests in the Israel-Hezbollah cease-fire. Tzipi Livni, who will fly Tuesday night, will meet with U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan as he considers the make-up and role of the international force to be stationed in southern Lebanon.
