Israel’s High Court ordered the state Wednesday to hold a hearing for residents of a West Bank outpost before deciding whether it should be dismantled. State prosecutors had argued that residents of Gilad Farm had failed to show up for such a hearing some eight months ago, and that there was no need for such a hearing now, the daily Ha’aretz reported.
