Israel’s highest court will rule on the legality of targeted killings in the Palestinian territories. Ha’aretz reported that a ruling by the High Court of Justice is expected Thursday, nearly five years after the Public Committee against Torture in Israel petitioned the court in January 2002 to end the policy.
