Israel’s military is investigating the shooting of an Israeli during a protest against the West Bank security barrier. Deputy Defense Minister Ze’ev Boim said Sunday that an investigation was under way into the shooting of Gil Na’amati, 21, in the knee and hip as he tried to force open a locked gate last Friday on a section of the fence near the Palestinian town of Kalkilya.
