Israel’s northern border was tense but quiet over the weekend, following two Katyusha rocket barrages and Israeli air reprisals. The Security Cabinet decided against further retaliation following last Friday’s Hezbollah attacks, saying Israel is not interested in escalation. Meanwhile, the Arab League called for a freeze of normalization of ties with Israel as a result of the airstrikes.
