Israel’s top court backed a road linking Jerusalem to a Jewish shrine in Bethlehem. On Thursday, the High Court of Justice rejected a petition by Palestinians in the West Bank city arguing that the secure highway Israel plans to build between the capital and Rachel’s Tomb unjustly blocks off access to their lands.
