Benito Mussolini, Fascist dictator, was named sole heir and executor of the $5,000,000 lire fortune left by Senora Emma Polacco, wealthy Italian Jewish woman of Milan, it was learned when the will was filed by probate.

The will also set aside the amount of half a million lire for the needs of the Jewish community of Milan. The fortune is to be used for spreading moral and military training among Italian Jews, the will specifies.
