The Italian press today featured violent anti-Jewish articles, with the newspaper I1 Tevers declaring the Jews “are the sworn enemies of Italy.

“If Britain is Italy’s enemy, the Jews are doubly so as the Jews are the mercenaries of England,” the newspaper stated.

The Regime Fascista promised that the day was not far distant when the Jews would be regarded as “foreigners and the enemies of all nations of the world.” “The Jewish problem at present occupies first place among all nations,” the newspaper claimed.
