The Joint Distribution Committee was today expecting recommendations from its representative in Chile for aid measures to victims of the earthquakes there. A JDC representative is now making an on-the-spot survey in Chile.

Murray 1. Curfein, president of United Hias Service, said his organization was contributing $500 for the relief of the Chile victims of all faiths. He said the money would be presented to the Chilean Relief Committee through Dr. Gil Sinay, chairman of the United Hias Service committee in Santiago.
