JDate’s parent company plans to list its stock on Nasdaq. MatchNet Inc. said Thursday it plans to raise as much as $100 million in the September listing, the Jerusalem Post reported. The company, which is currently traded on the Frankfurt Stock exchange, was founded in 1998 by Los Angeles-based Israelis Alon Carmel and Joe Shapira.
