Jerusalem May Remain Without Water; Cannot Pay Water Bill

Jerusalem faces the threat of a water shortage within the next week, it was learned today. The company which supplies the city with water has threatened to cut off all water unless the city pays a six month bill of 1,000,000 pounds. The city is unable to raise the money.
