Great satisfaction was expressed in Jewish circles today when the Ukrainian Military Court acquitted Abraham Unterschatz, a member of the Jewish sport club Maccabee, in Janow. Mr. Unterschatz was tried on charges of having committed a political murder.

The local rabbi, Rabbi Silman, testified in favor of Unterschatz’s innocence.
