Jewish Banker Tells Carol of Roumania’s Financial Status

King Carol today received Aristide Blank, noted Roumanian-Jewish financier, and head of the Marmoresh-Blank Bank, the largest in Roumania, in a three hour audience at Sinaia, the royal Summer home. M. Blank, who had seen the King several times before, gave him a detailed report of the country’s financial status, laying particular stress on Roumania’s position in European economics.
