Thirty graves were desecrated in the Jewish cemetery of Chraznow, Galicia.
Justice of the Peace Abraham T. Barnett, for eighteen years a member of the San Francisco bench and a prominent figure in local Jewish affairs, died April 30 after a brief illness.
