Columbia University announced today the receipt of a $60,000 grant from the Louis M. Rabinowitz Foundation to finance a two-year study of academic freedom. Mr. Rabinowitz has made grants in the past to Yale University, for research in Hebrew literature, and to the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
