Jewish metal workers in Galicia, in the Government-General section of Nazi-held Poland, have been ordered to report any precious metals or stones they may have in their possession in connection with their work, be fore January 1, it is reported today. Permission to transfer or sell any such articles must be secured from the authorities, who may compel the owners to sell these objects to a particular person or firm. The reports reaching here state that similar measures have been taken in other sections of the Government-General.
