Jewish groups called on the Bush administration to consider the flight of Iraqi Christians in dealing with that country. A letter to Condoleezza Rice, U.S. secretary of state, signed by 35 Jewish groups, suggested that Christians are heavily represented among the estimated 1.2 million Iraqis who have fled the country since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003.
