Jewish groups had a mixed response following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that school vouchers are constitutional. In a 5-4 decision Thursday, the high court said allowing parents to use vouchers — which provide families with aid that can be used to send their children to private schools — does not violate the separation of church and state.
