Several Ort industrial training schools in Rumania and Bulgaria have reopened, according to information reaching the headquarters of the World Ort Union here today.
Funds have been sent from here to restore two Ort buildings in Jassy which were damaged by the Germans. A report from the Bulgarian Ort acknowledges receipt of funds from headquarters here and states that trade schools and cooperatives are functioning.
