The International Federation of Jewish invalids has decided to send a delegate to America to familiarize Jewish public opinion in that country with the needs and problems of the Jewish invalids, a report issued by the organization declares.

Arcady Syprinsky has been appointed as the delegate and he will leave for America on Oct. 13 on the Olympic. He is taking with him various documents and material which will show the Jews of America not only the economic and legal difficulties to which the Jewish invalids are subjected in all countries of the world but also the suffering of the widows and children of the Jewish soldiers who fell on the various fronts during the World War.

Dedication of the annex of Temple Israel, Omaha, Neb., will be held on October 22. Dr. Julian Morganstern, president of Hebrew Union College. Cincinnati, will deliver the dedicatory address. The annex which was erected at a cost of $40,000, will be used to house the Sunday School classes.
