Ernest Landau, well known Jewish journalist and former publisher of a German Jewish weekly here, has been ruled ineligible as member of the Council of the Bavarian Radio because he is not a German citizen.
Mr. Landau, a native of Vienna and Austrian national, was recently elected to the position by the Bavarian Association of Jewish Communities, which is by statute entitled to name a representative to the Council, He plans to fight his exclusion in the Constitutional Court.
