Queen Wilhelmina today conferred a knighthood in the Order of the Dutch Lion upon Dr. Henri Polak, Socialist leader, Jewish communal worker and outspoken opponent of Nazism, on the occasion of his 70th birthday. Dr. Polak is one of the founders of the Dutch Socialist Party and is president of the Diamond Cutters Association which he founded in 1894.
