Jewish leaders and students should launch new dialogues with black communities, the leader of the NAACP told delegates at the annual conference of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs. Kweisi Mfume also said the relationship between blacks and Jews has changed since the 1960s, characterizing it as “good, but not where it ought to be.”
