Jewish leaders joined other religious leaders at a special prayer service at a Paris synagogue to mark the close of an international conference on anti-Semitism. The service, which included Israel’s former chief Ashkenazi rabbi, Yisrael Meir Lau, was held at the Villepinte synagogue, which was fire-bombed in October 2000.
