Jewish Police Sergeant in Haifa Dismissed After 10 Years Service

The Hebrew newspaper, “Ha’Aretz,” today comments on the dismissal of Police Sergeant Barshade of Haifa after ten years of service because he failed to arrest alleged Jewish rioters. The paper compares this action with the attitude toward the Arab police of Haifa where scores of Jews were killed and wounded without the culprits being traced.
