Anti-Semitic students, followers of Professor Cuza, yesterday inflicted serious injuries upon the Jewish students Goichman, Kalichman, Haimowitsch and Aruga, in the office of the Jassy University, when these four students came there, at the request of the Rector, in connection with the Communist attempt of several months ago to assassinate the Minister of the Interior.

During the fight between the anti-Semitic and Jewish students the Roumanian Minister of Education, Kostachescu, was present. He ordered the attackers arrested immediately. They were, however, freed until the time of their trial. In a statement to the press, the Minister said that he would see to it that all anti-Semitic and Communist disturbers of the peace are held for trial.
