Israel Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett today received the degree of Doctor of Hebrew Letters at a special convocation called by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. Speakers at the convocation included Senator Herbert H. Lehman and Dr. Louis Finkelstein, president of the Seminary.
