The Jewish Theological Seminary of America has received $449,000 in gifts in the last year for the establishment of fellowships, scholarships, and awards, it was announced yesterday at the closing session of the fifth annual conference of the seminary’s National Planning and Campaign Committee. This sum was said to be in addition to $1,141,269 contributed to maintain the seminary, the Rabbinical Assembly of America and the United Synagogue of America.
