The executive committee of the National Jewish Welfare Board, at a meeting yesterday, adopted a $1,375,195 budget for 1946 which is (##),145 less than its 1945 budget.
The committee also decided to institute an independent survey to guide its executive program of service to community centers “and to the American Jewish community. The survey, which will take about a year to complete, will be made under the (##)tion of Dr. Oscar Janowsky, professor of History and International Relations at a City College of New York.
