The controversy between Polish and Jewish students over the uniform and insignia of the Jewish students organization, which led to several riots, was satisfactorily settled yesterday.

The settlement was brought about by the intervention of the dean of the University of Cracow, it being understood that the members of the Jewish student organization have agreed to wear caps of a different color than they had been wearing.
