Jews and blacks joined forces to press for a fair vote count in Florida. Speakers at a joint rally held at Temple Israel of Greater Miami claimed the two groups had been disenfranchised as a result of irregularities in the disputed vote in Palm Beach County, where an ongoing recount could decide who won the White House.
