Another congress of national minorities in East European countries will be held shortly. The conference is to embrace those minorities in Europe which demand changes in the present frontiers. The initiative for the calling of the conference was taken by the Ukrainian and White Russian minorities. The Jewish minorities having no territorial claims will not participate in this conference.
