The New York Times reported today from Madrid that a delegation representing the Jewish communities of Spanish Morocco and Tangier presented to the Foreign Minister pledges of “unshakable loyalty” to Generalissimo Francisco Franco. The visit coincided with the publication of the seventhof “The Protocols of Zion.”
