Jose Martinez de Hoz, Argentina’s Minister of Economy, told a meeting of the Argentine-Israel Chamber of Commerce that Argentina is “ready to facilitate” a frame of interchange whereby Israel can offer this country technological goods and knowhow. Chamber president Wolf Blumenthal presented Buenos Aires Lord Mayor Osvaldo Cacciatore laser ray equipment for one of the municipal hospitals.
