Joshua B. Glasser, prominent Chicago Jewish leader, has been named general chairman of the Combined Jewish Appeal of Metropolitan Chicago for the second consecutive year.
Under his chairmanship last year, campaign contributions totaling $6, 225, 000 were received to help finance local, national and overseas needs. The Combined Jewish Appeal is the central fund-raising organization of the Jewish community of Chicago.
