Judge William M. Lewis, of Philadelphia, will be guest of honor at a city-wide mass meeting here today to launch Bayonne’s campaign for the United Jewish Appeal for German Jewish relief.
The meeting, to be held in the auditorium of Public School No. 2 at Broadway and Twenty-sixth street, will mark the beginning of the local community’s effort to raise $5,000 for the relief and rehabilitation of German Jews and for the settlement of Jews in Palestine.
