Judge Paul N. Schaeffer re-appointed Sigmund S. Schweriner as a member of the Advisory Board of the tuberculosis hospital of Berks country for a term of five years. His name was recommended by the county commissioners. Mr. Schweriner is active in various civic affairs and for years was the head of the Oheb Sholom Congregation. He is a member of the Big Gifts committee of the Reading Community Chest and is chairman of the committee planning a Jewish Community Center.
