Justifications for higher taxes on the wealthy are similar to justifications of the Holocaust, a Conservative tax activist said. Grover Norquist, the president of Americans for Tax Reform, told NPR last week that discriminatory taxes such as the estate tax, which only targets estates worth $2 million or more, are immoral.
