A luncheon in honor of Alexander Kahn, for many years an active worker in the People’s Relief Committee and in the Jewish Socialist movement, was given yesterday in the Charles French Restaurant, on the eve of Mr. Kahn’s departure for London to participate in the sessions of the Jewish Agency, of whose administrative committee Mr. Kahn is a member.
The luncheon was arranged by the National Labor Committee for the Organized Jewish Workers in Palestine, of which Mr. Kahn was one of the founders. Many Jewish labor leaders were present at the luncheon.
