Lazare Galperin, a well-known Belgian Zionist leader, died here today. He was one of the Achdut Avoda leaders in this country and was very active in the Keren Hayesod and the Jewish National Fund. A native of Proskouroff in the Ukraine, Mr. Galperin established in Israel a Forest of Martyrs in memory of the Jews of his town who were killed in a pogrom in 1919.
