Leaflets Inciting Jewish Massacres Circulated in Lithuanian Towns

Energetic measures to curb a wave of anti-Semitic terror in Lithuanian villages was urged upon the government.

A large number of Jewish villagers are being terrorized by hooligans provoked by anti-Semitic leaflets which have been circulated in large quantities in all the provinces. The literature in cites the population to massacre of the Jews.

The government is asked to take measures against the agitators as well as against the authors of the leaflet who are believed to be members of the Youth Organization which the present government assisted in establishing.
