Leon Gellman, president of the central committee of the joint world movement of Mizrachi and Hapoel Hamizrachi, was honored here last night on the occasion of his 70th birthday and the appearance of his book “The External Destiny of the Nation. ” Present at the reception were Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Nissim, former Cabinet Ministers Joseph Burg and Moshe Shapira, members of the Jewish Agency executive and of the Knesset.
