Leonard Stein was yesterday elected president of the Anglo-Jewish Association by the association’s council to succeed Leonard G. Montefiore, who was named honorary treasurer. A.G. Brothman was elected secretary, succeeding M. Duparc, who was named secretary emeritus with a life pension after 50 years’ service.
