In connection with the interpellation presented to the Board of the Berlin Jewish Community by the Jewish People’s Party demanding the immediate convocation of the Representative Council of the Community, the Liberal Fraction in the Representative Council informs the J.T.A. that immediately after Rosh Hashanah, at a meeting of the fraction, a discussion took place on the attacks which had been carried out by the Hitlerist storm troops against Jews who were in the streets on the night of the first day of Rosh Hashanah. The Liberal fraction in consequence directed an enquiry to the Board of the Jewish Community as to what action it had taken in this matter.
