Declaring that he has documents to prove his assertions, Heinz Liepmann, exiled German writer, speaking before several hundred members and friends at the Temple Ohabei Sholom Brotherhood monthly dinner, stated that the German War Ministry has furnished instructions to its secret agents containing poison gas formulae and the use of disease bacilli for military purposes.
