Funeral services were held here today for Lisa Silbert, the veteran actress of the Yiddish and English theater, who died in Miami at the age of 85. She was the daughter of the late theatrical impressario, Adolph Rosenblum, one of the founders of the Yiddish theater in America.
Mrs. Silbert, who also appeared in motion pictures and television, performed in the Yiddish theater with such well-known actors as her late husband, Jacob Silbert, Paul Muni, Maurice Schwartz, Rudolph Schildkraut and Jacob P. Adler and on the English stage with prominent actors in the United States and England.
