(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

The Jewish Farmers’ Federation of Lithuania has issued a proclamation to all Jews in the country who are engaged in agriculture, urging them to demand that they should be allocated land for cultivation, and to file complaints against the local authorities on the ground that they ignored the applications made by Jewish farmers during the distribution of land.

It is believed that the Jewish farmers’ application for land will be considered by the authorities as favorably as the applications of non-Jews.
