The constitution makes it a punishable offense to disseminate special hatred propaganda.
Another provision of the new constitution takes from the various religious communities the right to maintain parochial school systems. However, the state will undertake to provide schools for all nationalities and it is expected that the Jewish communities’ financial burdens will be considerably, lightened under such an arrangement.
